OUR SERVICE

We believe we have everything we need to look after our own & stand side by side with those we serve in the pursuit of justice and equality. We can & must use therapy to decolonise the mind, survive the effects of racism, learn how to take up space unapologetically, reclaim our power and joy, and thrive against all odds. This is how we’re living our vision:

  • Weekly online group therapy offers you an opportunity to access therapeutic support while being witnessed by others in a compassionate, non-judgmental and non-directive environment.

  • We offer private sessions for clients interested in diving deeper into their personal healing. Although we are often at capacity, we welcome you to sign up for our wait list to be notified when space opens up.

  • Couples therapy is different to one-to-one work as it’s looking at a dynamic between two people and the different needs that might exist within a relationship

  • From our Decolonial Book Club to our Grief Circle, we create events curated for BPOC healing & liberation. See what you can tap into below ↓
